RUNNING THE
THAMES BRIDGES

The beauty of London's inner city Thames Path is its huge array of
bridges and the limitless potential for creating your own favourite
bridge-to-bridge running routes.

In order for you to create these loops or figures-of-eight, use the
table below to judge approximate distances for looping any two
particular bridges together. (Note: Stairs, crossings and foot
traffic will affect the actual distances that you travel).

Alternatively, use the table to construct runs of a specific
distance. For example, to do a 6mi run from London Bridge run a
loop to Westminster Bridge and back (4.4mi) and then loop east
out to Tower Bridge (1.6mi) and back.
