A mostly traffic-free run that dives through the very heart of the city, from one side to the other. An absolute must-run.


Northwest Routes

This way-marked run charts a path through the bulk of the Borough of Barnet, taking in some incredible green spaces en route.


Southwest Routes

TAMSIN TRAIL (RICHMOND PARK) 7.25mi (11.7km)
At 955 hectares, Richmond Park is undoubtably London’s premier running destination. It has hills, views, loads of trails, excellent facilities, 750 wild (but friendly) deer, and a 7.25-mile trail that is excellently marked and a joy to run.

A way-marked trail way out east through marshland and woods, along old village lanes, and upon the banks of three contrasting rivers.
